This place is freaking horrid. I have lived in apartments for years and this is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The office staff is rude, spiteful and disgusting. It just isnt worth the money. They gave us the wrong apartment, tried to kick out our dog becuase the property manager has nothing better to do with her time, and the guy next door constantly cranks techno music until 3am (the apartment complex has yet to do anything about it). There are loud annoying kids everywhere. if you actually play tennis, good luck. the tennis courts are filled with dog crap, kids, and bicycles. The pool is gross, there is no parking, and its really just a waste of money.

Overall, this place just sucks. The inconsiderate manager, ----, charged us hundreds of dollars, with no warning, after an "eye witness" saw us not pick up after our dog. When i went to ask her about it, she rolled her eyes and stompped her feet and immediately started yelling at me. I yelled back since i am not her 6 year old child. Since then, she has tried to "evict" our dog from the property. We went abover her head to her district manager who was very friendly and level headed and he helped resolved the issue. Clearly this woman is crazy and has had a personal vendetta against me since i moved in and they GAVE ME THE WRONG APARTMENT. NEVER LIVE HERE!

I am shocked that you would speak like that about one of your residents that way. Whether you like them or not..you shouldn't of responded to this rating and been more professional. I hope that your boss reads this and takes action accordingly bc you just proved this resident right by you being rude and unprofessional for all to see. Most of the poor ratings written about your community all say something about the staff being awful...guess they are right.

As the manager of this community, I very rarley respond to these types of comments, however, I would like it noted that this resident is one of the most inconsiderate people I have ever met. He makes promises and does not keep them and is a horrible neighbor. He ignores all city and community regulations in reference to pet laws, and doesn't take his responsiblilty as a pet owner seriously. He should reconsider owning a pet at all. We take our residents enjoyment of the community to heart, and had any noise complaints been made, we would have addressed them. As you can see from his comment, he has attacted me personally by calling me names. Well, I can always lose weight, but what you have my dear resident is a personality flaw which I am sure will take many years of therapy to correct. Our goal is to make SunStone a great place to call home and most that live here think that it is a nice, clean, and safe place.

I lived at Sunstone recently for a year and also share the opinions about the management. I was treated in a patronizing manner and our concerns were never adequately addressed, even after repeated calls. We had millipedes inside our apartment (living room, bedroom, etc.) for three-quarters of the year. We're talking 2" long millipedes. Definitely gross. They sprayed once but always acted shocked when I brought this problem back up saying I was the only one to have this issue. Somehow I doubt that... I wouldn't recommend living here as well.

That is absolutely hilarious. I guess I wasn't the only one with problems. I to had the little millipede problem, except when I would find them they would either be dead or crawling around my kitchen. Hmmm. And wow is the staff rude. The Manager is rude and hateful when she doesn't get her way or knows she is in the wrong. If you go against one thing she is saying she immediately snaps. Sunstone would be best without her. Get a life, "manager".

Manager? What a joke! I can't believe she would even respond to one of her RESIDENTS and talk to them like that. Holy crap, how is she still employed? I agree with what others said, if that woman was gone, this would be a better place to live.
