I definitely would NOT recommend living at Timberlyne. I've lived here for about 3 years and things are going downhill fast. They haven't raised rent in the time that I've been here, which means that the trailer trash from the 3 surrounding trailer parks is beginning to move in. With that comes extremely noisy, self-centered, disrespectful neighbors, a regular police presence, pitbulls, and vandalism.

What's more, the manager is completely incompetent. She is either unwilling or afraid to resolve disputes arising from the trash that has begun to move in to the complex.

The interior of the apartments is OK. Good space, good appliances, and pretty well maintained. But...the sound insulation sucks! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. And once you step out of your apartment, look out! Your neighbors will be a motley crew. I haven't felt safe living here the last year.

This used to be a nice place to live, but the manager has let it go downhill. The surrounding neighborhood is deteriorating as well. You can definitely do better in Chapel Hill. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
