Great price, and not much more

Without the incredible deal on rent, it would not be worth living here. The place is falling apart. When they paint the walls, they actually paint the carpet, linoleum, counter tops, mirrors, etc. Maintenance is terribly slow. The water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle. The porch feels unsafe--you can see through to the apartment below, which makes it impossible to bleach the mold/mildew off the boards, thus necessitating the use of shoes whenever one wants to spend time on the balcony. Not to mention the nails sticking up everywhere. Try to hang a picture! Ha! You've never seen walls so crooked. You actually have to hand them crooked so that it gives appearance that they are straight. Cracked windows, peeling paint, etc.
Parking sucks if you're by the pond. The stupid people in the next building back refuse to park on the other side of the building.
All-in-all, I'd live here again if the rent turns out to be just as good a deal next year as it was this year. I hate moving, but I'm definitely looking into it if the price is not right.
