This place is nice. For Chapel Hill it is very reasonable for a one bedroom. If I ever had a maintenance problem it was fixed very quickly. The parking is great. For those complaining of safety - if you leave expensive items in your car anywhere, please expect them to be stolen. I came home repeatedly very late and never had a problem. The apartment is quiet, and I have never had a problem with noise. I am moving to go out of state, and realizing how good the place was.

Leases are hard to get out of, but that's true everywhere.
