Though the staff may seem friendly, don't be fooled. They really are out to get every penny you have. Not only did they extend my lease without notification, but they were entirely inflexible on every absurd policy the set forth. They fined us for every hole in the wall and every spec of dirt left on the floor. I mean, who doesn't hang up a framed picture'' I honestly felt like they were trying to steal my money. Furthermore, they took weeks, if not months, to perform any maintenance requested, and they never did it at an appropriate time. There was pleanty of parking spaces, but most could not fit anything other than a fiesta (spots were way too small). I didn't listen to the other reviewers when I first moved in. Please don't make the same mistake.
