Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
All the office managers think is how they rip off as much as possible. When you move in, they will try to be so nice. I was told "You are very welcome" more than 30 times. But once you become a resident, they suddenly turn to be so sneaky. They are one of the most sneaky people I have ever seen so far. I didn't expect that this kind of people really exist in my life. How much do you guess I was required when I left' 3000 dollars!
