This complex USED to be a nice place. I have lived in this area for over 20 years and I can tell you that is complex has dropped into the basement. I have lived thru bug investations, a never fixed toilet (a 2 year problem), an office that promises to fix problems but doesn't (and won't call to tell you they aren't coming) trees (yes TREES) growing in my gutter, power outages, water outages, a broken heater that I had to fight to get them to fix and some many other problems that I am taking them to court. So many people have moved out and they all say it is because of the management (they suck). Trust me you can find a better complex in this area if you just do some looking. Do not make my mistake or I swear you will regret it.
