My husband and I lived at Walden at Greenfields from May 2003 - May 2004. We would have continued living there for the remaining 4 years we have left in graduate school, except that we decided to buy a house. It was hard to leave Walden, as we were extremely happy there.

The office and maintenance staff were great. All maintenance requests were handled promptly. Within a day of the work being done one of the office staff would call us to see if everything met our satisfaction (which it always did).

The complex is older, meaning older appliances and not as many amenities as newer complexes. However, all of our appliances worked very well (including the washer and dryer which came with the unit). We never had a single problem. We know that Walden is very good about quickly replacing appliances that are not functioning well.

The apartment complex was always very quiet. Never once did we hear our neighbors. Whenever we had company they remarked how quiet our apartment was.

The apartment layout was wonderful. Very large kitchen compared to other complexes, lots of closet space, and nice sized bedrooms.

We felt very safe living at Walden (and we lived on the ground floor). If anyone every had a safety concern the office staff would go out of their way to help out (i.e. have a police officer come give a presentation to residents, install window locks or additional door locks in your condo).

Overall we had a very positive experience at Walden. We would highly recommend this complex to anyone. A great value, and a wonderful living experience.
