I had a good experience at Walden. The office staff and management were very helpful and easy to deal with. I have lived in several apartment complexes in Chapel Hill and other areas and this staff was by far the best to deal with. When I had maintenance issues (because to be honest, all apartments have maintenance issues) the staff was very helpful and my maintenance problems were fixed that day. The complex itself is very nice with good scenery. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Management changed every 2 months. Maintenance staff was skeezy looking and also changed frequently. The landscaping is a white-wash that only covers the front. Ceilings leaked. Corporate HQ is a pain in the a$$ after move out, even if you clean behind the fridge AND shampoo the carpet: don't imagine everyone making bad comments about Walden here is a slacker!
