Drove Me Nuts...

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
This place used to be a nice place. But the things changed when the apartment owner switched to the current one. There were always a couple of managers at the office, but they were all jillets who didn't understand anything and just tried to do their jobs under the supervision of the owner. The owner never responded even if I reqired a call or sent a letter.
