Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Moved in on old carpet and vinyl but yet when we moved out we were the ones getting charged to replace both. They told us we were lucky to move in on old stuff so we would not be charged for any damages, but yet we get charged because it was not brand new when we left. There is no need to clean the apartment when you leave because they will not you a dime of your security deposit back. If you have a maintenance problem, you are better off fixing it yourself because they do not respond even if it falls under "emergency."
