Your home is where you would like to relax. I find myself waking up to ants in my bathroom (I sprayed 3 times!), broken kitchen cabinets (as is from move in) extra thin walls(my neighbor must drive a bus because her alarm goes off at 4:45 weekdays). Seriosly reconsider living at Walden if you are not great at making repairs yourself, anything minor may get fixed, otherwise it is your responsability to fix stuff. Heater and A/C suck, always running and costing $$$. oh yeah, movin out next month, that reminds me..... when I moved in here there was a statement of the condition of the apartment with all of these things needing to be replaced (i.e. carpet linolieum and paint) well they were charged for it, but it was never done!!! Nasty floors! Crime isn't too bad, the management just started a neighborhood watch if that is any indication. I recomend lots of the places closer to campus, little more expensive. Walden at Greenfields truly gives meaning to getting what you pay for, next time, I'll pay more and enjoy where I live.
