Obviously this place is plagued with poor reviews...imagine my horror when I logged onto this site the day before I moved in here last year! In truth though, I have to say I'm pleased with my experience. I've lived in three complexes throughout the Triangle and this one has had the least problems of any of them.
I've had very few bug problems, no mold, and no noise issues. Parking is a hassle sometimes (why are there five handicapped spots in a twenty yard radius') and I had some minor A/C issues, but all were fixed within 24 hrs.
Maybe the different buildings have different problems, but in my building I've been pretty pleased. If I were staying in Chapel Hill next year, Walden would be where I would live.
