Absolutely terrible. That sums up Walden at Greenfields. Maintenance requests---submit them about two months in advance and they MIGHT come. I had two water leaks in my apartment and they came for the first leak one and a half week later and the second three weeks later!!! Maybe I'm crazy, but shouldn't that be on their priority list' Building---let's just say, if you are over 150 lbs. don't request a second or third floor apartment. Not only can you hear absolutely everything below you, but if you step too hard on the deck outside, you most certainly will fall through it! NOT JOKING! I haven't had any car break ins, but I shouldn't speak so soon. Honestly, I thought the management was great at first, very nice and friendly, but all I have to say is...KEEP ALL DOCUMENTS from them and SUBMIT YOUR MAINTENANCE REQUESTS THROUGH EMAIL and not over the phone, b/c they will try to nail you when you move out. Perhaps the damn company that owns this piece of ---- complex could put some money into the buildings and paying their staff better...then maybe they would give a ---- about providing good service. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THIS PLACE. My husband and I lived here three years and hated the end of our experience here.
