For the rent you will have to pay at Walden, you will not receive any amenities that make it worth it.
As of right now, May 22, the pool is still not open. In fact, there is no water in it.
There is no workout facility.
The appliances are very old. We have to run our dryer through twice for all loads.
There are no tennis courts.
The exterior of the buildings are absolutely horrible. A paint job is very badly needed.
If you were paying only $400-$500 a month for this type of apartment complex, it would be understandable. But not $720. It's not worth it!!
