No one in their right mind, who ever actually lived at Walden at Greenfields, would ever write a positive review about the place. The last two wonderful reviews are strictly from King Properties. Don't be fooled--the place is a dump with exceptionally poor management. Facts are facts. If you're looking for an apartment complex that offers little to nothing, aside from mold, mildew, broken appliances, noisy HVAC (that doesn't necessarily work), and periodic car break-ins (just check with the Chapel Hill Police Department), then this is the place for you!
