my boyfriend and i were looking for apartments in the tri-city area and came to this one. my first impression was that the outside looks like it's falling apart. when we went in to talk to someone, a very unfriendly woman named Deborah "helped" us. She was quite rude with giving us details about the units before we looked at them, and when we asked for papers, she shoved them at us, then pulled them back out of our hands without asking to make sure they were right. When she showed us the units, she wouldn't even talk to us. in the 1 BR units, you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom which isn't good for guests. and the bathroom was carpetted, which is just gross to me. either way, they were way over-priced for what you get. also the application fees and minimum monthly income requirements are ridiculously high. being there for the ten minutes i was there was more than enough.
