Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived in these apt for 6months and my boyfriend has lived there for 2 and a half years. a couple of upgrades could be made (like the outside of the buildings could be modernized and the appliances in the kitchen) but overall it was safe and affordable and pleasant. I've never had a problem with the staff. Ants were a problem last year and management was on top of it. I never hear my neighbors, except for on the outside occasionally and parking is easy. overall for the price i think these apartments are really a great deal. I think that people expect way to much from the sound of the other reviews, it's really not that bad- actually it's not bad at all.
