A parade of problems

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I lived at Walden at Greenfields for four years because the price was okay, they have washers and dryers in the apartment, and they allow pets. But the owners (King Properties) seem to go out of their way to alienate the tenants, raising rents in the face of a mass exodus of tenants. They renovated the outside of the buildings, a drawn-out process that subjected us all to noise and great inconveniences. There were major water leaks in my apartment from holes in the outside walls to broken pipes, to maintenance problems upstairs, to a backup of sewage pipes that flooded my bathrooms (there was a dip in the drain pipes that repeatedly stopped up, but which they chose not to correct, despite their having to clean it out repeatedly). Other tenants have had bad black mold problems (I had minor), and had trouble getting rent increase information from the management. Drive through and take a look at the number of empty apartments, or easier, the number of occupied apartments.
