The ghetto - I lived at this apartment complex from 1983 to 1985. Back then it was one of the best places in Charlotte. Banks, Eckerd's, restaurants, Harris Teeter, you name it, it was there. I pass by this complex every day on my way to work and feel sad how this area have become.
