Great Place!!! - The Arboretum is in a great location. The apartments are a bit older looking but they are re-doing the entire outdoor complex this fall. Landscaping is done every Monday and it's in pretty good shape, even tho it hasn't rained a bit. The pool area is pretty large there is a BBQ that once or twice the tank was empty. The indoor pool is kept very clean and is great in the winter. My ...Full review of The Arboretum Apartments

Rip Off City - This place is all about appearances - once you move in, though, the picture changes. The staff who are smiling and welcoming as you sign the initial lease could not care less after the ink is dry, and if you sign a short term lease (which they say they are fine with)watch out! They will jack up the rent and slap you with fees when the renewal comes up. Since we moved in, they have ...Full review of Echo Forest Apartments

I have the "dilworth" its a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1013 sq ft. I can send you pictures. If you ...Full review of Auston Woods

Be Realistic If You Move Here... - Riverbirch Phase 1 is not so bad - I've been here six months and have not experienced anything that I did not expect. Yes, the appliances are 23 years old and yes, the buildings are more beaten up than a brand new community. Some of the neighbors lean on the looney side and some will remind you to keep your doors locked up. However, this community is located on a nice little ...Full review of River Birch Apartments Phase I

Ghetto Roach Motel - This is not a place you want to pay to live. I think I was the only person not on Section 8 in the apartment complex. There were a ton of little children running wild and the cops were constantly at my apartment complex dealing with issues. The apartment itself was nice outside of the roach infestation. There's nothing worse than being afraid to invite someone in your home for fear a ...Full review of First Ward Place

Very Nice Place To Live Uptown - Im new to the Charlotte uptown area. This is a great Place to Live. It is very close to the uptown area. It is not noisy at night and the people who live here are very nice. it is far enough from the uptown area that you dont have to worry about the traffic but also close enough that you walk to work. There is also a free public transit system that runs into uptown and is close enough to walk to. ...Full review of Canterbury Court Apartments

I'd Still Be Living Here If They Weren't Kicking My White @ss Out - I guess its too late for a really useful review as these apts are converting to condos. I'm one of the last "tenants" in this joint...everyone else had to go if they didnt buy a condo when thier apt lease expired. My time here was very good, all things considered...

Eastover/Elizabeth whatever the f**k you call it...its a very nice neighboorhood with tree lined streets and plenty of ...Full review of Eastover Glen
