Love this place, hate to leave - I love whitehall estates. All of the staff here is extremley helpfull and polite including the maintanence men. Everyone knows everyone. It is very pet friendly. Now Converted to Condos - I lived here around a year, apartments have been sold and are now being converted to 200,000 dollar condos. Not sure who in their right mind would pay that for an apartment, yes, thats right an apartment that has been heavily used since 1991 when they were built.
