The apartments are quite old and hence there are a lot of breakdowns, so be prepared to call the office frequently for breakdowns of your AC, fridge, sinks, taps etc. The good thing is that management is responsive. Your rent increases with every new lease. It is generally quiet but don't leave you windows open when you sleep as you will be abruptly woken up as all bedrooms face the parking lot. The pool is the best thing about this place, it just brightens the old place. They have a badminton court that doesn't have a net and a flimsy excuse was given for its abscence. It is generally safe & fairly lit. If you are a big aesthetic person, this place is not for you as they have very ugly wall paper in the kitchens as well as the bathrooms which have poor lighting. I like the bedroom which is spacious. This place is good for you if you are looking for convenience, security and if you need a place to transition through as you get yourself situated.
