The complex was built in 1971, so don't expect ultra-modern. However, the units are roomy, very clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance tech lives on-site and is very friendly, prompt, and accessible. Laundry rooms are not the best, but that's only a once-a-week issue. Courtyards are wonderful and inviting. Pools are clean. Grills available for our use. I rarely hear my neighbors. Complex was sold in spring, 2007. New management team (Phillips Development) is a little stand-off-ish. Front desk girl can handle small issues, but take larger issues directly to Amy (apt mgr). Best to sugar-coat your interaction with Amy, as she's a little cold. Old management team (Grubb Properties) was great! It's a shame the complex was sold. Good rates for Myers Park / SouthPark.
