The location is great, and for apartments built in 1971, they are pretty nice/ kept up well. The apartments were sold, but I have heard from neighbors that that was a good thing. I claim, I do come from a big northern city, so the fact I can here crickets at night and be surrounded by trees and flowers kinda rocks. I like the management team, they've been truly kind and responsive. I'm not a big fan of these sites (apartment ratings) b/c they usually give apartments a bad name. I like it here, and that's what matters.
