I've lived here for about a year and a half. I love the area. The apartments are old, but well maintained and the complex stays clean. Rarely have any issues with noise, very quiet at night. If you get a unit with exposed brick, be aware that sound from above and below carries through the floor. You can hear conversations, etc. VERY well. The complex was sold in 2007 and is tentitively scheduled to be torn down to replace apartments with high end condos, which is a shame because I love it here. http://www.phillipsdevelopment.com/news/index.php'year=2007
