I just moved in recently and it all has gone downhill from there. The apartment was not turned, meaning repainted, carpet cleaned, repairs, etc. When asked about what they were planning on doing about the place, they promised to have everything done within 2 days and that our apartment would look brand new. Well, the day they were to replace the carpet (it was ruined by water from previous tenants) they just sent a carpet cleaner man. The front door is split so that it doesn't lock all the way. They said that would be replaced....didn't happen...hasn't happened. They do not keep good record of payments and balances. I paid for reserved parking for the entire year and my rent for the second month EARLY, like they said I could and I got a bill in the mail saying I still owed them. Why after paying this much money for a room do they want to charge you $100 for parking' Absurd! My roommate paid her rent and they only had it on record that she paid $115 less than what the rent was. They promise that things are going to get done and they don't. Never once did I get an apology for an inconvience. They want you to pay for activity fees...parties at the pool...they don't exist. So, where is my money going''' You tell me...they sure don't know.
