I have lived in several apartments, and I must say that this is the most poorly managed apartment complex, even business, that I have ever seen. We had countless problems that I can't even begin to list on here. I payed $350 per month (they even make you pay a full months rent for the first half month you live there) and left my room spotless when I moved out. As if my troubles weren't enough, I just recieved a bill for carpet-cleaning, maid service, and painting. Any other Apt. complex will include painting and sometimes carpet cleaning with every move-out, and Campus Connection even charged me for maid service for a perfectly clean room. Don't live here, anywhere else will be a better choice. They never learn to spell a name, over and sometimes even under-charge, slow to process requests if at all. All they're interested in is sucking money out of you!
