This place is ok if you don't want anything that gets broken in your apartment fixed, enjoy loud neighbors, and also like to have your geusts cars towed away. I had a hole that the management cut in my storage room for over a year because they were too lazy to fix it, yes I should have called more often but I was busying finishing up school. The landscaping guys shattered my patio window with a rock. And I have to call every day for a week and a half to get the weather seal replaced around the front door. The tow company they employ thinks that any car that does not have a sticker is towable. Yes the apartments are right beside the ampitheater but come on people there are plenty of parking places espically when the guests park in the far areas of the property. Not a very good place to leave in my opinion. The management is very unresponsive. And oh yeah the rent is way to high. Move along folks for your own good.
