When I moved in here in May 2003 they filled my head with so many lies. The greatest one was the "Activities Fee". They told me they had parties out by the pool with bands and stuff all the time! None. It also covers use of the pool and tennis and basketball courts! That's great, but what if you never use them' The pool is extremely empty considering the amount of people that live here. I think most of the people using the pool and courts don't even live here. They finally did away with the "Activities Fee" in August though.

Maintenance is fairly decent these days. When I moved in here it took them over 3 months just to fix the ice maker, but they fired those guys and the new ones seem to get things done.

Parking terrible. They're offering free reserved parking this Fall, but it's just going to cause more problems. People's ------- friends will take your spot you pay for as is, it's going to be chaos when everybody has their own spot they're expected to be in. It's also going to force a lot of people into using spots 1-2 buildings away from the one they live in.

Security is the worst. If you don't have an alarm, get one. One of my roommates' car was stolen completely, another one's stereo was taken. Break-ins are practically weekly.

When you move out you're expected to clean the place entirely, and supposedly if you leave it spotless they won't charge you anything. Don't count on it. Get a camera and take a ton of detailed pictures of the place exactly how you're leaving it. If they try to rip you off, take them to court.

Oh yeah, I guarantee the office staff left the positive review about having new management.
