I've never seen a place like this before. I wouldn't let my rat live there. In fact the place is so dirty, that there will be bigger pest problem soon. The new management has not yet enforced any one of the rules set forth. There was initially a fee for any garbage left out. Nope, not anymore. Tenants feel free to anything and everything to piss their neighbors off. Don?t get me started with the management team. They go through managers like bags of candy. So, if you like NOT BEING ABLE TO STUDY, NO SLEEP, GETTING YOUR CAR TOWED, NOT HAVING ANYWHERE FOR YOUR FRIENDS TO PARK, etc. then this is the place for you. But, watch out for your car?in addition to getting towed, you can have it vandalized, broken into or better yet?stolen. Good luck! Oh, one more thing, before moving into Campus Connections on 49er Ave. Please check out all the police reports on the amount of assaults on female residents. Ok?good luck.
