I usually wouldn't be motivated enough to write a review on here, but I really got screwed over by them. First of all, I made it extremely clear that I was concerned what roommate I would be stuck with. Then one day out of the blue, I come home to find someone moved in... and they are all smoking in the apartment! (I am a nonsmoker) I was never told I would be getting a roommate, and to think I had important stuff out in the open just for them to see! Also, how can they match a smoker with a nonsmoker' AND I requested for someone near the same age as me, and the person they put me with was 4 years younger than me! This is not what I call a roomate matching service! Ugh, whatever... they pretend they're sorry but in reality, they don't give a crap. They just want your money, and don't care about the loyal tenets they have already!!
