I am leaving, I recommend everyone who at least cares about their property, car, and their safety. It is pretty bad when I dont feel safe to walk out to my car at night without my bat in my hand. Management says they are doing something, like that nice little gate they put up. Oh well they will just walk around. The cops are out to there every day. Plus maintenance stinks, if your apt leaked they cut a hole out slap some putty up and leave the mess in your floor. Any time during the summer months when you get home the welcoming committee are all out in the middle of the road to greet you, I say committe because they are right there at the clubhouse so I guess management is OK with it. ALSO ITS NOT IF YOUR CAR GETS BROKE INTO ITS WHEN. The price you pay is absurd. Turn that piece of crap into a parking lot for the ampitheatre.
