I am moving out in April. I am getting someone to sublease my room till July. This place is horrible. A new company took over and it got worse. I actually sat in my room and watched someone try to break into cars and so on. I also I have had the cops come twice to my door to tell me to be careful because someone might try to break in. What happens 2 days later someone tries to break in while I am home. How scary is that. The bathroom walls are cracking everywhere. We actually switched apts. awhile back and in the last one I saw a rat. ewwww. They will not let me break my lease. They tell me I am stuck with it till July 31. Which is ridiculous because I have had security issues for sometime now. My parents bought me mase for when I get home at night. We had a crackhead come in our front door one Saturday night during a get together. And he tried to beat someone up with a bat. Me and my roommate were walking to a friends place and some guy followed us around the complex for about 15 minutes. It's cheap I know but be careful what you pay for. When I asked for my front door lock to be changed because the cops said someone had a key they did not change it for 2 weeks. My mom even came to town to complain and they just looked her and lied about everything. The clubhouse is supposed to be open till 9pm but it's been closing at 5pm because no one is working late. THIS IS HORRIBLE. DON'T MOVE IN.
Maintenance came to change air filters and left the dirty one in the middle of the living room. Also trash in the breezeway and no one is cleaning it up.
