I have lived here for almost 2 years, only because I was too lazy to find another place with my roommates. But I just wanted to tell you a little about this place. I will try to give you a nice summary of CC, for the positives, there aren't many, you get to listen to all the concerts from Verizon, they have a pretty nice clubhouse with tanning beds, coffee bar and occationally parties, but now the reality comes out with the negatives. It is extremely dirty, trash bags sit out in the hallways for weeks!!! There is blood and other stains in the walkways, it smells bad, people have vandalized our front door, people have parties just about every single night no matter what, and the police are out here just about everyother day. There are fights in the parking lot, people yelling and screaming, swimming and playing basketball until 2-3am. There is no security, the safety lights that are in my halway have been ripped out of the socket so it is very dark at night. I haven't had too many run ins with management but each time they don't really seam to care, and maintinance sucks! My drier is broken, my disposal doesn't work, I reported that 8 months ago but no response, we had a 5 day span last year where we cought 7 mice in our apartment, but if you like shady people walking around with car breakins, people who don't live here using your facilities and carpet that is like 5 years old with stains and the only way they will come clean it is if you renew your lease!!!
