Yeah I'm pretty sure the property manager will know who's writing this. ----in' hell, I've been down there twice to tell her our carpet is still dirty and it needs to be cleaned. First time, she said "Ok". I was totally cool with it and happy that the moldy black spots would be outta there.

Two weeks later....

BLACK MOLDY SPOTS STILL THERE!

So today I went down to tell her that our carpet still isn't cleaned. She says it has been. ----..! There are no signs of it ever being cleaned. When they finish cleaning yoru carpet, the carpet will be damp. The carpet was never damp, therefore the carpet was never cleaned.

My bedroom was not ready at all when I moved in. The carpet was dirty, the wall had holes in them and it was never painted. I had to start school in two days and I know they wouldn't have had it done in a timely manner, so I cleaned the place myself. Believe me, it was very ----in' dusty. By the way, they said that they would have "new" furniture.. but nope. My bed is as hard as a ----in rock. I ran to Target the first day I was here just to buy the thing that you put on top of the mattresses to make it softer.

Back to the dust thing, you wouldn't think that doors could catch dust right' WRONG. DEAD ----IN WRONG. My door had black thick black lines near the hinge side... I bought a vaccuum cleaner just to dust my room.

Oh and our living room wall still hasn't been painted. When I moved in, there was a huge hole in the ceiling. Yeah they fixed it... but it took'em a week. My roommate had put in a request to fix it two weeks before that. Does that tell you something about the staff and maintenence here'

I tried warning one of my other friends to get out while he can because he signed a "pre-lease". Nope, they locked him in or at least had him thinking he was locked in. Poor guy...

It gets pretty noisy on the weekends due to parties. That I don't care about... cuz I'm usually not here on weekends. I'm off getting drunk somewhere else and spending the night there. When there are concerts, I can hear the band playing... I LIVE ALL THE WAY ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE COMPLEX! I don't mind that either.. noise isn't a big deal to me cuz I still get my sleep.

OOOH YEAH, one last thing. On our balcony where people smoke, if you look at the ground.. you can see that the entire ground is covered with cigarrette butts.

okay.. i wrote this, the staff has gotten better and the new ones are friendlier, our carpet was cleaned eventually and maintenance isn't bad at all. they replaced our broken washing machine wiht a new one the day after i submitted my work order. :D If there was a reason that i moved out of campus connection.. it would be because i didn't like my roommates or something.
