This is your typical college apartment complex. I lived there for a year and yeah of course theres going to be alot of noise. The guy in the apartment beside me even had alcohol poisoning at 2 in the morning and firetrucks and an ambulance had to come and wake us up! A bunch of 18 year olds. Do not live there and expect to be able to study. Plus the whole random roomate situation is ridiculous. So is the parking. What others say is true. Your friends WILL GET TOWED! Only b/c they have to protect their parking from the Verizon Wireless Amp. next door.... The staff were idiots too btw. ya know why' b/c they were in college as well..... go figure. They never did charge us for power and they were supposed to.. oh well!!!

Hi, I am looking to move to doing the off campus thing next year and was looking at this one partly because I do need the individual rate per person thing and roommate matching as I don't have a clue as to who to live with? Is this place really that bad? I don't want people visiting me to get towed or my car broken into but it seem's like every review on this site is mostly negative to every single complex in this area.

Yeah..and its gone downhill since new management ------ -------- took over. They put you with people that you're not compatible with, they let dogs ---- in the breezeway, they inspect your rooms every week. You may as well live on campus
