If you want a cheap place to live this is the place but you do get what you pay for. If you don't have your roommates lined up...good luck.

I am curios about this place...I'm looking to transfer there from another college park to attend JWU...is it really this scary...I do have a roommate lined up to move-in with me...is the management improving at all?
