Campus Connection has been an awful place to live in all aspects. It's not clean when you move in, there's always something going wrong, we have lived here a year and so far our microwave has broke, our dishwasher has broke, our water heater leaked creating a flood in our living room, there are damp spots on the walls, we have bugs, our air conditioner broke...and it takes FOREVER to get anything repaired, the office constantly charges you for things that you were unaware of, making you're rent a little more expensive every month, we started off at $425 a month and we are now paying anywhere from $475 a month to $500 a month...it's ridiculous, if you're smart go somewhere else, Campus Connection is the absolute worst place to live in Charlotte.
