I've been here for about 11 months (awaiting for my lease to finally end). In this time, they have tried to evict me 3 times (because they misplaced my rent, forgot to record it in the system, credited the wrong rental account). They have charged me a late fee on my rent 3 times (after they recorded it in thier system late although I had a receipt showing I paid it on time. Since the last time they did this, they have stopped issuing reciepts. They only xerox your check or money order and sign it). Most of the mantinence on my room, I have done myself (since it took them 2 months to replace our squeeky dryer). The closer it gets to the end of your lease, the more mysterious "fees" they charge you (power overages that are 3 months old, "damages" aka pinholes from previously hung picture frames, ect) Unless you are a HARD, STONELIKE sleeper, the noise level is booming (I don't know whats thinner, the walls or the ceilings/floors) The staff is friendly enough (Except the Manager, she's a real stickler talking down to you like a child and is always right (especially when she is wrong)). And you must be a loner to live here b/c they WILL tow all your friends for a small fee of $120 to a towing company only open from 9am to 8pm (by the way, they start towing AFTER 8pm) And you must be a fan of all music (Especially country b/c thats whats playing all summer at the Ampitheatre)And the cops are out here but they apparently aren't controlling the noise level or guarding the place (Maybe if I give them more beer than the party people, I might get a decent night's rest)All in all, you love to be treated like an ATM and not a person, then this is the place for you.
