From the beginning, I loved Campus Connections. I moved in because I wanted to be closer to this dude i liked. I was Extreamly excited. First apartment, out of my parents house, far away from friends and relatives. I have to admit though, yes a few of the reviews I have read have some truth behind them, BUT to be honest you do get what you put in. Put ur trash on the porch...BAM...a notice to take ur trash to the dumpster. Play ur music too loud.....someone will ask you to turn it down.....Let your dog eliminate on the pavement/grass....someone will step in it. Pay your rent late....Duh a late fee. Sounds to me like its a part of life and actually this happenes everywhere. I've lived here since Aug. 2006. Some ppl need to get a grip and realize we are mostly college students and this is how we treat our environment...like we just dont care. We have no responsibilities and no self disapline and when someone besides our parent is telling us what we are SUPPOSED to do, we want to get an attitiude, write hateful things and get mad and end up digging ourselves an even deeper hole than we started in. This is the real world and you do get in trouble for breaking rules, so if this is too much for you than maybe 18 is not the age to move from under our parent's wings.

This is not what makes 901 place a bad place. Some of the apartments are okay, but some of them are very badly unkept. You never know when you sign a lease which one you're gonna get. This complex should not be allowed to lease apartments in poor condition without letting tenants see what the units look like before they sign a lease. Management also leases apartments to some very shady folks who are not college students. The people at 901 place are out to get your money and are not concerned with the safety of its residents. Please any propospetive renters who read this, look elsewhere!
