So I read the reviews last year and ignored them, thinking they would be different. I was very wrong. From day one, I moved into an apartment that had nasty carpets, gross walls, gross kitchen, and of course the property manager lies and says it was cleaned. The property manager treats you like a total moron no matter what the problem is, and she thinks she is always right. Now I am a college grad with a job, she treats me like crap, and my rent is always on time and I never cause trouble. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They advertise a "state of the art" fitness center, and by that they mean old weights, a consistently broken treadmill, and two elipticals. It's enough to get by, but pretty bad. They say they have blazing fast internet, but it takes forever to load even a simple youtube video. People play basketball until all hours of the night, making lots of noise outside. Cops are always at the apartments for something. Everything is always broken, dryers burn your clothes, work orders take weeks to complete, walls are paper thin, if you don't line up 3 roommates you'll get assigned a 4th randomly, and best of all, the manager/maintenance people are in and out of your apartment for no reason, whenever they feel like it. They have also relocated about 3 of my friends when their roommates moved out. The residents have no say in this and management will not change their mind or help you move. They come knocking on your door 2 months after you move in nagging you to resign your lease which doesn't expire for another 9 months and act surprised that you don't want to move back in. They only let you have certain furniture on your porch, and fine you for EVERYTHING. We have been fined for noise, trash, furniture on our balcony, $25 at least everytime. There is only one dumpster in the complex which is always full. When it's full and you leave your trash outside your door, you get fined. That's happened to us three times! They come in at least once every month to find new things to fine you for. They are trying to charge my next door neighboor $800 for a carpet that has looked like crap since move in day. Everyone that I know in my building is moving out because it sucks so badly. I have lived other places before, and this is by far the absolute worst with customer service, upkeep, professionalism, truthfulness, appearance, noise, and everything else. Stay away at all costs, and know that I'm not just some pissed off resident, I'm trying to help you avoid a terrible year. Just down the road is pavillion crossing, it's worlds better for a similar price. Run from the property manager here. Run. Seriously, I promise you that as a completely stable, sane, and smart person, it takes everything in me not to go on, but this is possibly the worst living arrangement ever. Don't even consider it. I have not embellished anything on here, and everything I have written is 100% true, if you don't believe me, just go around knocking on people's doors and ask what they think.
