I just moved to 901 place, and i really like it... the people are cool, the staff is great, and the location is excellent. where else can you go to get free tanning beds, free fitness center, a pool and jacuzzii, a game room, 24 hour computer labs with printing, faxing, and copying...'''... anywhere you go to live will have problems, but that is because of people with problems, not the property! i love the pool parties, and events that are held in this community... its my first apartment, and so far, ive had nothing but good times...!!!...

I wasn't sure whether or not to believe the posts that said 901 place has thier employees write reviews but now I know. I used to live at this complex and I have to just reiterate that you do NOT want to live here. Some apartment complexes are messed up because of the people that live there but this apartment is messed up because of both the management and the people. It's slum that's being run soley to make money off of naive college students. Having a tanning bed and a 24-hour computer lab doesn't make up for having a poorly maintained apartment and constants utlity overage fees. They'll move you into a unkept apartment and then try and charge you for the mess in the apartment was in, when you moved in. You do not want to deal with the management here. They advertise you have good living a lower price but you really get what you pay for here if not less. Just pend the extra money and move to u-village or a regular apartment complex that allows you to see your apartment before you sign a lease.
