I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS APT. COMPLEX TO ANY STUDENT. MY SON WAS THERE 2 YEARS AND I REGRET THE DAY HE CHOSE TO LIVE THERE. WHEN NEW OWNERSHIP CAME IN THEY TRIED TO HIT HIM UP FOR DAMAGES THAT HAD BEEN IN THE APT. LONG BEFORE HE MOVED IN. THEY SHOWED HIM A NICE MODEL WHEN HE APPLIED AND THEN MOVED HIM IN A DUMP. NOW, ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE TRYING TO HIT HIM UP FOR CHARGES. THERE ARE HORROR STORIES ABOUT THIS PLACE FROM EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER LIVED THERE. IT REALLY AMAZES ME HOW BUSINESSES TRY TO TAKE AVANTAGE OF COLLEGE STUDENTS JUST BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN GET BY WITH IT. I ALSO HAD TO PAY A LATE CHARGE ONE TIME WHEN I MAILED THE RENT CHECK TWO WEEKS EARLY. SOMEHOW IT SHOWED UP A DAY LATE. THE PARENTS THAT I HAVE TALKED TO ARE REALLY TIRED OF BEING RIPPED OFF.
