Where do I even begin...Apartments are absolutely not well kept to put it lightly. I moved into this complex in summer of 2007 and made the mistake of signing 13 month lease. They showed me the nice fixed up model and moved me into a dump. The carpet in my apartment was deplorable, the kitchen and living room looked like it it had never been cleaned.

I'm not even sure why the make you fill out a roommate matching sheet they stick you in with whoever and they do a terrible job of screening their residents. They have a lot of very low class, very ghetto people that live here because of the cheap rent prices. One of my roommates moved out, and they moved in some girl who used to break in to empty rooms as well as occupied rooms and allow people to stay in the rooms for weeks, running up our utility bill. Shortly after this girl moved in I noticed some items of mine began to suddenly disappear. They also allow people with babies to live in apartments so if you do move here just hope you're not placed with somebody who gets knocked up or has a baby because you'll be stuck listening to a crying baby all night long.

They will also slam you with damage charges even if your apartment was a dump when you moved in. I do not recommend living here. And if you do move in, move with enough friends to fill a whole apartment because they will stick you with trash.
