You will deal with very dishonest management...some apartments are very substandard...if you're in school, either stay on campus or move to a regular complex that conducts business in a non-shady manner. If you do move here, make a copy of your move-in inspection form, take pictures of damages, and put in written work order requests...otherwise they will try and charge you for damages that were already there...Listen to all the other reviews...not worth it...look elsewhere...
