Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
This is my 2nd yr living at 901...this is the 2nd change in management...and this is possibly the worst decision... usually had a week each month that maintenance checks were done...now its a WHOLE month.. meaning, maintenance can walk in your apartment any day that month from 10 to 5... went to the office to find out possibly when they'd be planning to come to my apartment and they really didn't care.."it's in your contract that we can enter whenever." yh i get it but at least make an effort and let me know when some random person will be coming into an apartment full of girls...
price may be good...but its really not your place..ever
DEFINITELY NOT renewing my lease!
