My roommate and I have lived here for two years and we are happy with the new management change. The new people seem friendly and professional. In the past, we were not satisfied, but now we have decided to renew. It seems they are working hard to help us and to improve the place.

It doesn't matter how hard these people work to improve this place, it's not going to happen.
