DO NOT LIVE HERE! Everyone I know that lives here hates it, signing the lease here was the BIGGEST mistake I ever made, EVER. (1) The apartments are cheaply and poorly built. This might as well be section 8 housing. Forget 901 Place, call it 901 PROJECTS. We have had so many leaks in our apartment that have FLOODED areas, and does maintenance replace the broken stuff, NO they simply niger rig it. (2) Parking is horrible, not only on a daily basis but forget about finding a parking pass during a concert or pool party. (3) The workers in the office are the rudest people in the world that couldn't give a damn about what happens to us, not to mention they are just plain ignorant. They do NOT abide by their lease. (4) Yes, there is security on the complex but did they stop the break ins' NO. Do they write traffic tickets for not coming to a complete stop at stop signs' YES. Great to know that a stop sign is such a big deal but the well-being of the residents and our property is means NOTHING to them (5) They constantly will harass you to renew your lease, no matter how many times you tell them HELL NO! What does that go to show you' That NO ONE wants to renew their lease and live here, because it is God awful horrible. (6) It is horribly noisy ALL the time! Everyone is constantly partying no matter what day of the week it is the walls are PAPER THIN!

If you wanna live in the straight projects then by all means go ahead and sign a lease, please, and I'm sure before long you will be missing your car or leaving here in a body bag. HAVE SOME IQ AND DO NOT LiVE HERE AT EVER!!!!
