I've read the other reviews, IGNORE THE 5.0 REVIEWS, they sound exactly like the office trys to sell the apartment complexes. A little tacky, don't you think' This place is not fit for living! The apartments are FALLING apartment, like literally the siding is coming right off. They constantly send out renewal notices no matter how many times you say that you do NOT want to renew. The renewal rates have been dropping even because NO ONE wants to live here. I mean simple supply and demand economics, if demand is higher than supply then you raise the price. If you honestly think you want to put yourself through living here, then come by and walk around on you own, see how much stuff is broken, how many people have trash bags sitting outside their doors, or even knock on some doors look at what the REAL apartments NOT the models look like, ask some residents how much they like the "AMAZING NEW OFFICE STAFF"...everyone thinks the new office staff are bigger jerks that care even less than the old office staff. In fact try calling them and do not say youre interested in signing a lease, act as though youre a resident and see how quickly they call you back, it either takes hours when they say five minutes or it never happens. No one should ever have to live here, I'm sorry I have did, it has been nothing but a headache since the moment I signed my lease. Of course the office staff is going to try and put on a good front when you come in about signing a lease, the complex needs the money, but once they have stolen your soul they will stop even lifting a pinkie. Go to the website and read the sample lease, see how much they care about us, they even go so far as to say that basically if they place you with a roommate and said roommate attacks you they are not liable. Now, think about that, you did not choose to live with that person, they choose for you to live with that person and yet they say they are not liable for what happened. I mean, if you ask UNCC students this school year there was a man walking into girls dorm rooms at night and watching/fondling them while they slept. Where did this man live' 901 PLACE Did they try to evict him' NO, I would consider that of a concern for a complex that tries to say they "care about their residents." You can ask some residents about the number of drug busts have gone on inside the complex. JUST SAY NO! DO NOT LIVE HERE! SAVE YOURSELF!

Whoever wrote this is completely right. There was a break in the the apartment upstairs...the window was completely kicked in. There was a break in in the 2nd building to the right as soon as you come in to the complex WHILE PEOPLE WHERE IN THE APARTMENT! Just don't live here... it's bad news.
